HOW TO USE: Season the salmon about 60 or 90 minutes beforecooking.
Place the piece of salmon with the skin against the board and fix it with the metal mesh to be completely secured.
Once the fire reaches full heat, place the board on the edge of the barbecue. If this is not possible, use the additional brackets that will anchor it to the grill (which appears in the interior triptych).
The recommended distance is about 15 cm and the fire exposure time (cooking time) depends on the diners' preferences, ranging from 20 to 60 minutes.
TIP: Before using the board, coat it in olive oil. The boards are reusable once washed.
