HOW TO USE:
Place the tray on top of the barbecue grill and just below the heat source. The tray will start to release the most delicate aromas of the mixture after 3-5 minutes of being in contact with the heat source. At 15-20 minutes of being in contact with the heat source will begin to give off smoke. The smoke will progressively increase its volume until it reaches 35-40 minutes, which at that moment will have charred the entire mixture of the tray.
Mixture of orange wood, oak wood, rosemary and thyme. This mixture reminds of aromas of the Mediterranean. This mix enhances the aroma of the food and gives spicy touches to the combination.
Perfect pairing with: poultry, pork, fish and vegetables.
