How do I place an order?

To purchase any of the products listed on our website, you must follow these steps:

  1. Select the product you want to buy.
  2. Click "Add to Basket"..

From the shopping cart, you can:

Do I necessarily have to register to make a purchase?

Yes, your data are needed to process the invoice. If you are not a registered user of srlegua.com, click on "Unregistered Users" to go to the window "New User Information".

On this screen you must complete the registration form with your information and click the "Send Data" button.

Once you have submitted the data, you will receive an email with your username and password at the email address indicated.

What methods of payment are available?

Can I put a different delivery address from the bill?

How I can know that my order has been registered correctly?

What if I'm not at home at the time of delivery?

Can I cancel an order?
